No. The viewership, impression, and CPM figures in our Season Two materials are good-faith projections across TV, streaming, digital, and live channels — actual results may vary.

Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once your wire has been received, except where required by law. If the Program materially changes, contact us and we'll work with you in good faith.

Your benefits are those of the package you purchased — for example Official Partner, Room Sponsor, or Key Sponsor — as described on your order and in the Season Two Sponsorship materials.

Sponsors must be US-based companies. We do not accept sponsorships from gambling, pornography or adult, or cannabis businesses, or from any business whose products or services are illegal. Every sponsor is reviewed by America's Real Deal Corporate before a package is confirmed.

Two reasons: availability and fit. Each sponsorship position is limited — there is one Key Sponsor, and each room is sponsored by one company — so Corporate confirms the position you want is still open. Corporate also reviews every sponsor against our eligibility rules before a package is released. Approval happens before your wire is accepted: placing an order does not charge you, and we will not accept a wire for a position we cannot fill.

Yes. Sponsorship packages are promotable, so a qualifying referral earns the standard America's Real Deal affiliate commission on the sponsorship, credited once the wire is received and the order is marked paid. Your affiliate dashboard shows the current rate and the amount credited for each sale.
